Ive been mixing up my art and daily life here... I mean I dont really mind, but ever since getting a new phone it a proper camera...d: Everything's been a bit of impromptu trips! I ovbiously dont have an awesome camera or skills, but its still fun!

So!

Im separating things up a bit now! This will still be a bit of dumping ground, but more of an account of daily life/photos. With sketches? Yaknow C:

With the drawings... I honestly havent been drawing enough for me to have a space of its own D: I hardly touch my redbubble account anymore. Agh and dont get me started on my DA at all D: Probs update redbubble though. And maybe tumblr...Ive got sooo much images in my stock folder, and I wouldnt really mind sharing the colletion. Who knows, maybe somebody out there will have similar taste as mine :)

and can go up to a spiffy camera person and ask her/him to do a shoot for my littles
And she/he'll be happy to do so since I'll have money thaaat I earnt from art to pay her/him

I didnt draw an alien tho p: I don't really like how alieans are portrayed..I mean, if anyone hasnt seen them, how can you generalise it into a character? D: Of course its up to one's imagination but...lets just say its not my cup of tea.

The storyline is sweet, and art is just lovelove!
Haven't really seen the animated version (yet :P) it seems reeeeeeeaally flimsical and cute.
A must read if you like innocent love :) But seriously, be prepared for some reeaal innocence because the story drags on just a little bit coz of that.

This slightly reminds me of my childhood days.

I wish there was more people like Kazehaya or Ayano.

And I wish was more like them when I was younger,

then I would have been able to be a proper friend for you.

Also another one thats nice and sligghhtly on the newside!

Again, beeeautiful art, but the plot speeds up bit too quickly for my liking. And slightly unrealistic p: Awand Harrhaaar, a must read if you like girly, beautiful boys ;) Seriously.

Awyeah, I got hit by a disney/sparkle/shining/fairytale bus, I think. Everything I've been drawing's been more on the 'fantasy, colourful and illuminating with lights' side. Not that I didnt draw these things before, but this is on a whole different level. :D Cheers to the sparkle bus!

Boo. Maybe thats why I have no faith in the other units...*gulp*

Design Camp

....Was beyond BRILLIANT!!!!! I loved every singe moment of it! Sure, it was physically, emotionally and mentally draining..but hey, I wouldn't change the experience and friends I've gained from that camp (:

6 most memorable things from camp (not in chronological order):

1. New people that Ive met on camp :) oo, both tutors and students. Enough said. But yeah, they are sweet (:

2. Sleeping on the grassy oval, under the lights of million stars....it was cold, wet and beyond beautiful. This happend on the last night of our stay, and it was me, Deb, Tim and Billy. I need to do this again sometimes soon. But I didnt stay for the entire night tho ):

3. Bunking with Timi and Laura. Aaahaahaa yeah, Timsles didnt bring his pillow so I shared my one with him. ...!! oo yeah, he has literally the CUTEST snore!!!!!! It sounds like when kittens are sleeping! :D Im gonna record you when we sleep over next time Timi!! And Laura's one heavy sleeper d: I should know, I rolled on her couple of times but she didnt even notice xD

4. Working with total strangers. My group, group 9, was awesome (: 4 architecture, 2 interior design, 2 landscape architecture and 2 industrial designs. Also, perfect balance of experienced students and fresh-outta-highschool-clueless students. We got along all good without any dramas. Yeah, and I dont think Ive laughed that much in ages x)

5. Sitting next to Laura on the bus. Chatted literally for the whole entire way...about practically everything and anything. Architectural stuff, boys, food, highschool, her childhood, my childhood, friends, and blahblahblah. I love that girl (:

6. The workload we had to do. In the period of 4 days....I dont think Ive drawn or used my creative juice that much before. D: Both physically, mentally and emotionally draining but it was worth every minute of it.

Yeah, I enjoyed it. I dont think I wanna go again tho...coz that would mean I would have to do all those assignments again D: But coming back as a tutor would be another interesting take on the camp :D I would love to do that!

It had been raining like crazy last week. Like you know 'as if somebody emptied a buckload of water'. It was crazy but nice (: I like the rainy weather so I wasnt complaining.

So! Something inspired by the rainy days. This particular day's rain was reaaally heavy.

Mumsie told me to wear a raincoat but you know, me being a stubborn child said nooo.

Which was a biiiig mistake xD

Tutes and Uni

I LIKE when goood artists make art tutorials. Like a lot. I think I spend most of my time on the net looking through the tutes on Deviant Art (well, atleast these couple of day anyway)

Coz you realise its not too hard to do one of those pieces on your own. What you need is practise, patience and your own idea.

I talk as if I can draw like them........flafla

I also think I would die if I had to draw comic or manga. D: Consistency+me=inconsistency?

Unless the publisher wants some different looking characters in each cell...I dont think it would worrkk

I started uni this Monday! :) ..And the first day was onnee memorable day...*gulp*
Well,
Our first lecture is on Monday, from 8am. Usualy it only takes 40mins bus ride to uni but somehow, it took 1hr that day and...ok, the point is that I got there juuust on time. So I practicaly raan to the lecture theatre, I snuck into the place.... only to realise once I sat down that I snuck into the wrong theatre...D: andandand the lecture was about 'Exporting and Importing in Australia' @.@ I swear, if I had to do a business degree......D:::: So I sat there for one whole freaking our, listening to how exporters earn more money than importers (DUH).
well, not because I didnt wanna walk out of the lecture, its because I didnt want to walk into my FIRST lecture about 15mins late....totaly great impression D: And since there arent much indian looking people the course, they would totaly remember me so. I stayed :)

Francois said this little episode reminds him of the movie "Loser". Havent seen it yet but I wanna noww (: Too bad I didnt meet my 'one and only' ,)

I like Tomer Hanuka's style,

(Errr, above pic was ovbiously inspired by his colour choice. Btw, the blue got NOTHing to do with that blue Avatar movie @.@ I just chose blue bcoz I like pink and blue together, and I wanted to use pink highlights for this)

By the way, the light source is those pink fruits. Just putting it out there, so I won't get any comments like, 'you need to think about the realistic aspect of this illustration!', like my fatherr did. Not mocking him at all btw! D: Nonenone, coz he is like my biggest artistic inspiration, (even if I don't admit to his face..we are both stubborn like that xD), but his genre is realism... and I like surrealism. Look! I got myself a blog. (:: ...But..errI actualy made this account December last year..kekeke, to 'document' on the wall painting I was doing, which I still havent finished yet. So I'll post about that later on.

So!

I made this for one purpose: to get a space to dump all my art crap, since I can't upload everything on Redbubble. So I'll be upload anything and everything!
